For more than twenty years, I worked as an attorney. I know how to read complex systems, find the patterns that aren't obvious, and help people make high stakes decisions with clarity.

I also know what it's like to navigate a high stakes personal transition - the kind the professional world doesn't prepare you for.

I am an adoptive parent. That experience - the waiting, the uncertainty, the transformation that happened whether I was prepared for it or not - is where I learned what knowing your design actually does in real life.

Why This Work Matters to Me

As an adoptive parent, I know a sense of belonging isn't automatic. It's built on purpose, over time. And I know that the people who navigate major transitions most durably - as parents, as professionals, as individuals - are the ones who understood themselves first.

 

That's not philosophy. It's what I've watched happen, in my own life and the lives of the people I've touched.
